Once you’re ready to start planning, all you need to do is email sabrina@risinggastronomers.org with your prospective event date + town of event site + brief overview of the occasion and the planning will begin! You can look forward to direct communication, shared planning documents, and a personally tailored menu selection unlike no other catering company. What we offer

If you have an upcoming event with us, or are interested in hiring RG for a future occasion, be sure to read through these important facts

  • Attendance Allowance

    • Serviced sit-down dinner (up to 30 people)

    • Grilled pizza (up to 40 people)

    • Serviced buffet (up to 60 people)

    • Passed appetizers (up to 100 people)

    • Charcuterie ONLY (up to 400 people)

    Violations can result in an added charge of $25 per excess person

  • You Can Ask, But The Answer is Going to Be the Same

    • RG is unable to provide reusable utensils, glasses, plates, or napkins

    • RG is unable to provide tables and tablecloths

  • What We Require From YOU

    • RG requires a kitchen onsite with full access. Fridge/freezer space will be discussed during planning process

    • RG requires that their be sufficient areas to dispose of waste (trash/recycling/compost). They will not being carrying waste off the site premises regardless of host preference

    • Prior notice if events will be a combination of host food and RG food (especially if you would like us to help prepare/manage your food)

  • Suppliance of Helpers and Materials

    • # of our helpers per event is discussable, with the minimum amount decided by RG

    • Full clean up of kitchen / event space offered, added surcharge

    • Supply of disposable plates + utensils + napkins, added surcharge

    • Supply of serving platters / serving utensils (in case of passed appetizers / buffet), added surcharge

    • Supply of heated buffet dishes (up to 2), added surcharge

    • Supply of ice (in the case of drinks), added surcharge

  • We calculate the final price in three parts

    1. Food reimbursement + 20% and sales tax

    2. $25 an hour per RG (prep + service hours) + applicable taxes

    3. Applicable surcharges

    Upon request, and with enough notice, RG can supply an event estimate for the occasion

    If you are a first time customer of RG you will be required to deposit the estimated food reimbursement cost at least a week prior to the event. Previous customers are exempt
