Learn how you’ll take your menu seriously with Sabrina, a young professional catering and party planner

  • To begin planning, all you need to do is send Sabrina the date of your event + what residence/town the event is scheduled to be in, as well as brief overview of the occasion. She’ll respond within 48 hours with the company availability.

  • Once the event date has been confirmed, you’ll have a brief call (or even an in-person meeting at the event site!) with Sabrina to discuss your expectations. You’ll discuss menu themes, potential ingredient highlights, and relevant event details.

  • After the first meeting, Sabrina will design a planning document that will clarify and provide event details. Based on where you are in the planning stage, there may already be a menu selection for you! Any details Sabrina needs from you will be apparent in the document, and you are always welcome to reach out to her via email with your own.

  • As the event approaches, you will be communicating over email with Sabrina at a pace that suits the occasion. Final menu and details aren’t required until a week before the event date. A pricing estimate can be calculated upon request once the menu is finalized.

  • Working with Rising Gastronomers doesn’t just mean delicious food prepared by the next generation of culinary artists. It means you are working with passionate students who make it their mission to provide the most professional catering in the area. You’ll be offered menu tastings before the event and opportunities to discuss the details in-person. RG makes it their mission to cater to your exact needs, whether that means supplying just the side dishes or providing a full service sit-down dinner.

  • After the communicative planning process, the service Rising Gastronomers provides won’t be a surprise. After a successful event, Sabrina will send you an invoice via Quickbooks and option to submit a testimonial.

Meet the planner

Sabrina (17yrs) began Rising Gastronomers when she was just 14 years old. She is a cyclist, water polo player, and trail runner. On the weekends you can find her working at Pizzeria Delfina as a host, visiting the Farmer’s Market, or curling up with a good book—and, to little surprise, catering! She is currently attending Palo Alto High and lives in Los Altos Hills with her family and two King Charles Spaniels.
