Rising Gastronomers did a fantastic job catering my 5 hour party for 90-100 people. It was an outdoor event with passed appetizers, charcuterie boards and a large birthday cake, everything prepared by Sabrina and her staff. Sabrina was always professional, friendly and easy to communicate with, both in person and online. She helped me choose the menu, which included a tasting of most of the items. All of the food was delicious. Her courteous and professional staff prepared some of the food onsite, including the pizza that was cooked on the grill and the zucchini fritters that were freshly made in the kitchen. They also picked up used drink glasses and did other tasks to ensure that the party went smoothly. Guests told me that they thought the food was delicious and that the staff was polite and non-obtrusive. I have been to 2 other parties that were catered by Rising Gastronomers where the food and staff were equally excellent. I highly recommend using Rising Gastronomers for your caterer for your next event!

Rising Gastronomers recently catered a Celebration of Life I hosted. They were fantastic: extremely professional, thorough, and a delight to work with. The appetizers on the menu were delicious, and the team did a great job preparing and passing them, cleaning up, etc. Sabrina was very sensitive to the needs of the occasion and was flexible and open to suggestions and small changes to the menu. Not pushing her own agenda but listening to our needs, she, Leo and Zach came up with some creative ideas and also suggested their amazing charcuterie board. It's absolutely gorgeous and creatively laid out. For the dinner for 65, they roasted various vegetables and created a sauce for them, as well as for the salmon, that guests are still asking the recipe for. Not only was their food delicious, but as servers they were friendly and relaxed and made a huge impression on our guests. I will use Rising Gastronomers in the future and am looking forward to trying their famous grilled pizzas. Don't hesitate because they're young.
